I have been pretty quiet in the past days, but there is a good reason for it! I was visiting friends and family over the holidays. With my last flying duty on December 23, I finally had some time to spend with my loved ones, something I really cherish.
January will be a pretty quiet month for me, especially the first half. I only have to go to work again on the 8th for a one-day seminar on Crew Resource Management. There is lots and lots of training on this topic, which is excellent and you can use these skills in everyday life, tool! It works well with two people that have been trained, but gets complicated in normal life when people don’t know how to discuss problems properly…
Anyway, I have added two pictures to the shop again and I love both of them! The first one is Boeing 747-400 of Lufthansa departing from Frankfurt and the other is a real treasure: A Lisunov Li-2 in historic MALEV colours (yes, the MALEV that went bankrupt last year…). Just click on the links below the pictures to go directly to the shop.

I am currently putting together a new gallery in the “Planespotting” section of my website, featuring photos from last years trip (2012 😉 ) to Tokyo Haneda. I took around 1500 photos and it is really hard to select the best ones…
Have a great New Years Day and of course also a fantastic 2013!!
