Payment, Shipping and Returns

Payment Options

We currently offer the following payment methods. The available options will be shown again during the checkout process:

• PayPal – secure payment via your PayPal account or by credit/debit card through PayPal.

• Bank Transfer (Prepayment) – please transfer the total amount to our bank account. The order will be processed after payment is received.

• Credit/Debit Card – processed securely through our payment service provider.

No additional fees are charged by us for any of the payment methods listed. Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide you with the highest quality products and safe, environmentally friendly packaging.
Orders are usually processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If your country is not available right now, it will be soon.

Shipping Costs
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout, once you have entered your shipping address. 

Shipping cost to Germany is EUR 7,90 and to European countries EUR 14,90 – EUR 19,90. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. There is no guaranteed delivery date.

Return Policy

We take great care to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Legal Right of Withdrawal
In addition to our customer service promise, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (see our Right of Withdrawal section for details).

Exclusions

• Goods made to order or clearly personalized (e.g., posters, canvas prints, custom image derivatives) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

• Minor differences in colour are possible due to screen/display settings and do not constitute a defect.

Return Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original transaction, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
