“Personal use” means private collection, decorative display, or use as a gift.
Commercial use, resale, or publication is prohibited without written permission.
According to § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

You may use this model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For the return, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Additional warranties only if expressly granted in writing.
